Reviewing the Active Agents score calculation

The Active Agents score is a ratio of the number of unique monthly SmartEdge Agent check-ins seen to the number of licensed users purchased.

The Active Agents score is capped at 20% in the index if all available components are enabled.

Forcepoint recommends using the SmartEdge agent for all deployments. If you have a unique use-case where the agent is not required, then consider disabling this metric from your security index calculation.
